Metz Personnel was founded in 1987 and was purchased by the current management in 1995. Independently owned and operated, the firm has greatly expanded its area of operations from its original base in Westborough. Our agency now covers a territory which stretches from Framingham (East), to Worcester (West) to Clinton (North) to the Franklin, Milford, Bellingham, and northern Rhode Island areas (South).

The company has been able to grow and become one of the leading employment agencies in the greater metrowest area by establishing long term relationships with our clients. Senior management and our experienced recruiting staff take pride in knowing and understanding the culture, work environment and particular staffing requirements of each of our customers.

Several of our customers have been with us for over 10 years. We measure our customer satisfaction by the fact that we have never lost a customer due to lack of performance and by the fact that we provide all of the temporary employees at several of our customer’s facilities. We believe that if we continue to provide a high level of service the staffing partnerships we form with our customers will stand the test of time.
